# xarray.CFTimeIndex.ravel

#### CFTimeIndex.ravel(order='C')[[source]](https://github.com/pydata/xarray/blob/main/xarray/../.pixi/envs/doc/lib/python3.15/site-packages/pandas/core/indexes/base.py#L1040-L1069)

Return a view on self.

Since Index objects are one-dimensional, this simply returns a view
of the original Index unchanged.

* **Parameters:**
  **order** (`{'K', 'A', 'C', 'F'}`, *default* `'C'`) – Specify the memory layout of the view. This parameter is not
  implemented currently.
* **Returns:**
  [`Index`](https://pandas.pydata.org/pandas-docs/stable/reference/api/pandas.Index.html#pandas.Index) – A view on self.
