# xarray.core.accessor_dt.DatetimeAccessor

### *class* xarray.core.accessor_dt.DatetimeAccessor(obj)[[source]](https://github.com/pydata/xarray/blob/main/xarray/core/accessor_dt.py#L331-L586)

Access datetime fields for DataArrays with datetime-like dtypes.

Fields can be accessed through the .dt attribute
for applicable DataArrays.
